Cresa Bolsters Service Offerings; Welcomes Dominica Alvarez and Toni Ireland to San Diego Office

Commercial real estate firm Cresa has added Dominica Alvarez as Vice President and Toni Ireland as VP - Relocation Manager to its project management team.

Prior to joining Cresa, Alvarez worked as a project manager for Swinerton Builders. Her expertise includes all phases of construction from preconstruction through project delivery, move-in and commissioning. Project types that Alvarez has managed include office, medical, hospitality, restaurant, high-rise condominiums, retail, and education.

Ireland has more than 24 years of experience as a local independent relocation expert. Her experience includes providing project management and relocation management services for companies as they expand, reorganize, relocate, or consolidate their facilities. She’s been responsible for coordinating and managing the relocation of over 10 million square feet of corporate office, manufacturing, government agency, health care, biotech, vocational school, public utility, pharmaceutical, call centers, professional sports team facilities, and nonprofit organizations.

Cresa San Diego now has four full-time project managers, where clients benefit from the firm's ability to handle the entire project management process from planning to occupancy, including project planning, team assembly, budget management, design/construction oversight, FF&E purchasing and vendor coordination, relocation planning and management.
