Corey Ruff Recognized as Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)

MINNEAPOLIS– Cresa Minneapolis is proud to announce that Corey Ruff has earned the designation of Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) from The American Hospital Association Certification Center (AHA-CC).

Corey has extensive healthcare experience as an owner’s representative coordinating and directing all phases of design, development and construction projects involving sensitive medical environments. Recently, he served as an owner’s representative on successful projects for West Side Community Health Services, Washburn Center for Children, and Kidney Specialists of Minnesota. He is the first professional at Cresa Minneapolis to have earned this designation.

The CHC certification program is designed to provide an objective and rigorous assessment of broad-based knowledge in healthcare construction. CHC is a national credential that distinguishes an individual as being among an elite group of over 800 healthcare construction professionals who currently hold the certification.
