Albany, NY. Tim Conley received the Teddy Award as one of the highest performing brokers in the Cresa network during 2013. Conley is managing principal of Cresa Albany (formerly Conley Associates), which is now an affiliate of Cresa's national commercial real estate network.
The Teddy Trophy is named for two great "Teddys" in history - President Teddy Roosevelt, and the great Boston Red Sox player Ted Williams, the last man to have a batting average above .400. The 'Teddy' was christened in the spirit of the success of these two iconic American leaders. Conley received the award at the Cresa annual Spring Meeting, located this year in Los Angeles.
Conley said, "I'm grateful to Cresa for recognizing my efforts, and pleased we were able to assist so many Capital Region firms meet their operational and fiscal real estate goals."
CEO Jim Leslie said, "I congratulate these top producers in Cresa, for they are the backbone of the success of our firm." "These talented and dedicated individuals provide exceptional service to clients and serve as their advocates every day," he added.
