Gregg Witt, a long-time real estate industry veteran, is a Principal at Cresa Chicago. A well-regarded strategist and negotiator, Gregg provides his clients with a process driven approach and deep project understanding which allows him to align business interests with real estate needs. He represents nonprofit organizations, corporations, privately held companies and professional firms. He is a Co-Leader of Cresa’s National Nonprofit Practice Group In addition to his work as a real estate advisor, Gregg has extensive nonprofit experience as a volunteer serving on the boards of numerous professional, social service and educational organizations in Chicago and nationally.
