Bryan Jefferson, Advisor, plans and implements Cresa’s integrated strategic real estate solutions as an advocate for commercial tenants in a variety of industries within the Washington, DC region. By applying a disciplined process to the evaluation of real estate needs, Bryan manages the entire transaction process, including but not limited to, site selection, market review, financial analysis, feasibility planning and lease negotiations. He weighs many variables against his clients’ defined business goals to achieve conflict-free real estate solutions that promote productivity, innovation and collaboration in a cost-effective manner.

Professional Experience

Bryan began his real estate career as a marketing strategy and sales intern for boutique, tech-oriented real estate marketing firms DCRE Residential and Urban Scrawl in the District of Columbia where he provided support in the areas of business development and market research. Most recently, Bryan worked as an associate for GUV Commercial Real Estate in Bethesda, Maryland, with a focus on market trends and business development activities.

Personal Interests

While a student at Georgetown University, Bryan was a recipient of the Georgetown Scholarship Program and member of the varsity football team for which he earned the title of captain. He continues to be passionate about fitness and health while also enjoying cooking and creating new recipes in the kitchen. Bryan is also active with several community organizations benefiting children and is a mentor to local youth.
