Cresa inks 110,000 square feet transaction for MyDreamPlus in Beijing

Reuben Xu, Executive Director, led Cresa’s Beijing team in assisting co-working startup MyDream+ in finalizing a 10-year, 110,000 square foot lease. This lease represents the largest transaction for the startup in the downtown Beijing area and is an example of Cresa’s continued commitment to expanding the market share in this market. Located in the North Tower of the Jiazhaoye Plaza, a 2.6 million square foot mixed-use development in the city’s Central Business District, MyDream+’s new office, that takes up the entire seventh floor of the Tower, offers access to retail shops and restaurants and is close to Metro Lines 1 and 14 for commuter convenience.

Founded in 2015, MyDream+ has grown to more than 20 co-working spaces in Beijing, Chengdu and the surrounding regions. The company’s co-working locations integrate space design, smart office management and community operation to deliver a technology-based workplace. Space users can perform office related tasks – reserving conference rooms, opening doors and sending WiFi passwords to guests – straight from their smartphones. This tech-driven approach has attracted several mature companies like COFCO, Toutiao, Airbnb and VIPKID.
