Ed Riggins advises organizations ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 500. His approach involves developing a plan based on a clear understanding of the client's needs and then implementing a “problem, solution, problem, solution” process until the assignment is completed. He teaches real estate CE, is a frequent conference speaker, has published dozens of articles, and mentors young associates in the industry. Ed is among less than 1% nationally to have earned both the CCIM and SIOR designations.
