As a Principal of Cresa Boston, Adam’s advisory practice focuses on corporate and institutional client support within the greater Cambridge and Boston marketplaces.
Since joining Cresa in 2002, his experience has included tenant advocacy for educational, technology, life science, publishing, healthcare and industrial space users. He has assisted clients with space acquisitions, dispositions, lease buyouts and build-to-suit projects. Additionally, Adam acts as portfolio advisor to a major area hospital system and a world-renowned, Boston-based specialty hospital.
Adam works closely with Dan Sullivan on both regional and corporate accounts. Together, they have completed real estate transactions spanning five continents and more than twenty countries.
Adam resides in Sherborn, MA with his family. He enjoys music, outdoor activities, and cooking.
