Brenda has more than 12 years’ experience in lease administration and specializes in lease compliance audits and expense reconciliation process improvement. In her role as Manager, she is responsible for training and managing a team of individuals that perform lease administration, and operating expense audits for multiple clients, servicing over 6,700 locations. Her team saved one national retailer $11.3M in occupancy costs over a 7 year period. Her diligence in pursing savings and dedication to delivering results is paramount to meeting her client’s goals and objectives.



Brenda attended Irving Valley College.
