We routinely track infrastructure across the country — specifically the availability and pricing of power, fiber optics, and cooling resources — to help you evaluate and acquire property for your mission critical facilities. Our best-in-class tools include:

  • Data Center Needs Analysis: Align your internal stakeholders for any new data center project.
  • Site selection filters: Narrow down your choices by metropolitan area, and then by local sites.
  • Utility analysis: Identify not only rates, but sources of generation or supply, risk, and other green considerations.
  • Mapping: Determine the proximity of any candidate property to critical infrastructure (e.g. power, fiber, etc.) while also mitigating against risk.

We work with our local teams — as well as with the local power companies, water companies, and sewer companies — to identify the potential risk factors of the various sites being considered. Once we’ve identified the property that best meets your needs, our transaction specialists can then guide you through the acquisition process, and our other integrated services can assist with any other lifecycle phase over the life of the facility.
