Recognizing Top Performers and Promotions of 2025

At our annual holiday party, we took time to celebrate what truly defines our office: the people. Each year, this gathering is an opportunity to reflect on the wins, the growth, and the collective effort that drives our success. In 2025, that meant recognizing teammates whose achievements, leadership, and dedication made a meaningful impact on our clients and on one another.

2025 Awards

Our awards honor individuals who consistently go above and beyond, whether through exceptional performance, collaboration, or embodying the spirit of our firm.

Giant Leap Award: Ben Lowe

Ben was recognized for achieving the highest year-over-year revenue growth among all advisors in the Washington–Baltimore region.

Top Producer: Mindy Saffer, LEED AP

Mindy received the Top Producer Award for the second consecutive year, as 2024 was the first time recognizing Managing Principals as candidates. Had this recognition been available sooner, Mindy would have now earned the title in eight of the previous nine years.

Biggest Transaction: Scott Wingrat & Matt Sacks

Scott and Matt were awarded for the Biggest Transaction in the Washington-Baltimore region for the second consecutive year. 

MVP: Jordan Mixter

Jordan received the Most Valuable Player award for her exceptional impact on both large-scale and daily operations, and her fluency in supporting and connecting teams.

Top Partner: Sam Abramson

Awarded to Sam as the partner who collaborated with the highest number of other brokers, demonstrating outstanding teamwork and partnership.

Drew Davis Spirit Award: Ben Lowe

Ben received two awards this year, this one for exemplifying positivity, integrity, and the culture that defines our office.
