Tor has 19 years of commercial real estate experience in tenant representation, landlord representation and commercial valuation services. Tor leverages his unique background as an office landlord agent and in the valuation field to provide clients with superior value in a wide variety of real estate transactions in the office, industrial and retail sectors. Tor’s geographic focus is in the Far North Dallas markets of Addison, West Plano/Legacy and Frisco and his client work varies from local companies across all industry types to corporate real estate services for national accounts.
