Matt is a dedicated, occupier-focused corporate real estate advisor who assists clients in locating and negotiating the optimal site for their business. He focuses primarily on industrial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Matt provides comprehensive support through critical site selection analytics, leasehold and fee simple negotiations, lease review, business point comments, due diligence and closing.
Matt has served his clients in executing a transaction volume of $110+ million. Originally from Southlake, TX, Matt was formerly based in Cresa’s greater Los Angeles and Orange County office before returning to North Texas.
