Larry Kelso is a global real estate services professional, providing program management & workplace strategy solutions to occupiers for over 30 years. Larry is an energetic, positive and highly collaborative leader who has proven expertise in consulting, advising and implementing commercial real estate portfolio strategies. He is especially skilled at fast paced integrations during mergers and acquisitions.

Larry’s approach to workplace strategy helps organizations align real estate requirements across internal departments and business units while ensuring compliance with all global real estate standards and practices. Larry has returned to Cresa after once serving as Principal and Director of Project Management and as a national leader to standardize and improve upon the project management service line offering.

Immediately prior to Cresa, Larry operated an independent program management and workplace strategy practice - Hear2There, LLC. He also served as a Program Manager for NTT DATA over its separation agreement with Dell. There, he liaised with every intra company department head to ensure seamless relocation of 4,400 employees around the globe over a 12 month period.

Larry is the former Director of Global Real Estate and Facilities for VCE, where he provided needs analysis, site selection, project relocation, and facility management of every global location in order to maintain and monitor environmental health safety, site security and business continuity planning. Larry also has experience working as the first Project Manager for The Staubach Company.

Larry received a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
