Bio

He became a licensed architect in 2001. Paul is a LEED accredited professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Paul is also a chairman on the Southfield Public Schools STEM Advisory Board.

Paul has worked on successful large client initiatives and projects valued over $2 billion. He has assisted public sector clients across Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana and Florida on more than 400 facility projects involving building assessments, conceptual programming, bonding approval and building construction for school facilities; municipal offices; law enforcement, fire and EMS facilities; libraries; courts; recreation centers and DPW facilities.

Paul received his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Architecture degrees from Lawrence Technological University.

An enthusiastic client leader, Paul is extremely effective at assisting clients with defining project parameters, determining the delivery method best suited to meet the client’s needs, assisting with selection of design and construction teams and monitoring project progress from pre-planning through completion. His collaborative leadership puts his clients’ projects in a position for success.
