Alicia is a Principal at Cresa Detroit who has over 25 years of diverse design and construction experience. She specializes in project feasibility, programming, design management, pre-construction planning and construction project oversight. Her comprehensive expertise has always proved to be invaluable to her corporate, government and religious clients nationwide.

She is a LEED accredited professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), as well as a member of the Engineering Society of Detroit, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), and USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council).

Olympia Development of Michigan’s Little Caesars Arena project, part of the overarching District Detroit project, a progressive new sports and entertainment development that will revitalize Detroit with a new arena surrounded by 50 blocks of businesses, parks, restaurants, and event destinations.

Alicia earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering with an emphasis in construction management from the University of Kansas, as well as a Master’s of Science in management from Walsh College.

Alicia joined Cresa Detroit in 2008. She started by managing corporate, government and senior living projects before eventually leading the corporate project management team. Alicia’s current role is project director on the Olympia Development of Michigan’s Little Caesars Arena project.
