Pat is an experienced capital projects leader for Cresa Detroit. For 33 years, he has managed work for higher education, commercial, healthcare, automotive, government, and retail clients, providing value-based executive leadership and program management services in both Chicago and Michigan.

Pat is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Construction Association of Michigan (CAM), and Association of Higher Education Facility Officers (APPA).
For the past 20 years, Pat has focused on higher education projects on the campuses of Eastern Michigan University, Oakland University, Wayne State University and Schoolcraft College.
His work also includes healthcare, sports facilities, parking structures and commercial projects; including nearly $100 million of high-rise commercial construction in downtown Chicago and William Beaumont Hospital and North Oakland Medical Center in Michigan.
Pat has a Master of Science in business administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Science in construction management from National-Lewis University, and an Associate of Science in architectural construction from Henry Ford College.
Pat’s approach to program management hinges on team-based collaboration, early and consistent reinforcement of program objectives, and a clear understanding of the client’s business case and key program drivers.
