Manuel is a vice president at Cresa. He supports the Lease Forensics and Enforcement and Financial Analytics groups, performing lease audits, operating expense and real estate tax reviews, and comprehensive financial modeling for clients across industry types.
Prior to Cresa, Manuel worked for five years in the Audit Practice at PwC, where he served clients in the areas of asset management and real estate. Most recently, Manuel was a member of the Fund Management practice at The Carlyle Group.
