David began his career with at Vornado, managing a portfolio in excess of 20 million SF. He then transitioned his tenant rep practice to Cushman & Wakefield as a director of brokerage services. Subsequently, David was recruited and hired to oversee the tenant rep practice at Trammell Crow Company. Before forming Serten Advisors, David was a managing director at Studley.
David received his finance degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
