Paul brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations including workforce strategy, resource planning, performance and talent management, and leading in a globally distributed work environment.
As part of Cresa’s Hybrid Workforce Services team, Paul helps clients apply the appropriate Human Resources and Operations process and strategy to address overarching business objectives. Paul previously worked with Cresa as a client, focused on a hybrid workforce strategy which led to overseeing project management and change management for a large office redesign. Paul has a clear understanding of how to intergrate HR, IT, Operations, and Real Estate to ensure clients are prepared for the future of the hybrid work environment.
