Cresa has welcomed advisors Brielle Drelick and Rob Anderson to its Denver office.

“For us, it’s all about finding the right people and with Brielle and Rob we’re confident we’ve done just that,” said Garrett Johnson, managing principal at Cresa. “As a growing firm, we’re looking for people who not only mesh well with our culture but people who bring diverse perspectives to help us better serve our
clients.”

Drelick and Anderson will work with the brokerage team to represent office occupiers across the front range. As advisors, their responsibilities will include business development, market research, strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiation.

Drelick joins Cresa most recently from a Georgia-based brokerage firm, Perimeter Commercial Real Estate, where she gained experience as a leasing broker with a focus on office space. She received a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in management from Indiana University.

Anderson comes to Cresa from Stanford University where he was an associate director in the development office. At Stanford, he helped to set all-time fundraising records for both the young alumni and the annual fund teams. Before that, he worked on both state and federal-level campaigns in Iowa and spent years as a political consultant in Washington D.C. Rob received his B.A. in political science with a minor in history from the University of California.
