Prior to becoming an advisor with Cresa, Dan was a Residential Realtor where he advised first time home buyers and trade up buyers on acquisition strategy, market conditions and offer structuring. After gaining some experience as a Residential Realtor, Dan worked with Real Estate Developers to find Off-Market Land Zoning Opportunities in the West Highlands, Sunnyside, and West Colfax neighborhoods.  Prior to his real estate experience, Dan had a background in financial services working as a Private Wealth Advisor at Fidelity Investments, Currency/FX Trader at Western Union and as a Data Analyst at Alps Fund Services.
 
Dan has a bachelor's degree in economics from Texas Tech University. He has had a Colorado real estate license since 2014. 
Dan is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
