Michelle works closely with her clients to ensure complete quality management throughout the entire project cycle, from lease reviews all the way through move management and project close-out. She is responsible for assembling and recommending project design teams, reviewing construction documents, coordinating client requirements, and overseeing furniture installation. Michelle’s experience with the construction process allows her to specialize in scheduling, budgeting, and change management throughout the life cycle of any project.
