Chris Broderick



Chris joined Cresa as an advisor after graduating from Denison University in 2020. His core focus is lease negotiations and sale transactions for occupiers. As a member of the industrial team, these transactions include warehouses, trucking operations, storage yards, manufacturing operations, cross-dock facilities, drayage yards and intermodal facilities. While in school, Chris gained valuable work experience on both the services and principal side of commercial real estate and has worked to specialize in industrial tenant representation over the last two years.

Chris received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Denison University in Political Science. Chris furthered his real estate education through course work from Massachusetts Institute of Technology focused on analysis and investment of commercial real estate investments as well as supplementary course work in economics and finance.
Chris has always strived to be an active member in his community. Chris currently volunteers his time coaching middle school lacrosse in San Diego. While in college Chris played a key role in creating the Lacrosse for Life fundraiser that resulted in raising $2.1 million for Boston Children's hospital. Chris also participates annually in the Cape Cod Bay Challenge, a 22-mile paddle board challenge that raises money for Christopher's Haven of Boston.
