Client Objectives

In 2004, Oracle was using over six different national providers, many “inherited” from acquisitions over the years. Oracle wanted to standardize on three or four firms to provide all corporate services in North America using a standardized set of documents and processes. Overall Oracle wanted more leverage from their real estate partners, more service and without increasing costs.

Results

Cresa created a complete document set for acquisitions and dispositions from project inception to lease execution and move-in. Cresa also set-up a database on CresaTrac® so the Oracle CREs and PMs could have online access to all transaction documents and project status. This efficient paperless system has streamlined the transactional process and improved capacity for the Oracle staff, which has subsequently chosen Cresa as sole provider.

To date, Cresa has represented Oracle on:
•  270 subleases for a total of 3,773,000 SF subleased
•  260 direct leases for a total of 6,465,000 SF leased
•  536 total transactions and 10,814,000 SF total
