As the dust settles, it is fair to say that 2018 was again a challenging year with respect to office leasing in the downtown core. Though the year witnessed tempered optimism in the second and third quarters, that hope was quickly dashed in the fourth quarter, as sentiment in the energy industry dropped rapidly.
