Expansion of Connect Lunch Bar Gathers Pace
Connect Lunch Bar has signed another lease agreement to open a canteen in City Forum in Wrocław. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate advisory firm Cresa, which supports Connect Lunch Bar in its expansion in Warsaw and regional cities.
“We have set out to expand across Poland and have no intention of slowing down. Demand for our high-quality catering services is on the rise, fuelled by high office supply levels on regional markets. We chose to hire specialists to advise us where to best locate business,” said Marek Dębicki, the owner of Connect Lunch Bar.
What differs Connect Lunch Bar from competitors is its strict quality requirements for food served: meals are made from high-quality ingredients delivered daily, there is no reheating of pre-cooked meals and each canteen must have a homelike atmosphere.
The new canteen will occupy 350 sqm at City Forum. It will open in City One building when the first tenants start moving in. City Forum, owned by Archicom, comprises two Class A office buildings providing a total of 24,400 sqm of leasable space. The complex is located in Wróblewskiego Square, close to Wrocław’s city centre. City One is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2019.
“We are pleased to be able to assist Connect Lunch Bar in the pursuit of its ambitious strategy of conquering regional office markets. We are currently negotiating another nine locations, including five in the regions,” said Kamil Komoński, Advisor, Cresa Poland, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm.
