Continental's New Polish Headquarters in Business Garden Warsaw
Continental Opony Polska, part of Continental Corporation, the international automotive supplier and tyre manufacturer, has leased 1,566 sqm of office space in Business Garden in Warsaw. Cresa Polska represented the tenant.
Founded in Hanover in 1871, Continental Corporation is a leading automotive supplier and one of the world’s largest tyre manufacturers. It develops intelligent technologies for transporting people and their goods, providing sustainable, safe and affordable solutions. Continental currently employs more than 235,000 people in 61 countries. In 2017 the company generated sales of EUR 44bn.
Continental Opony Polska started its operation in Poland in 1996. Since then it has quintupled its headcount, tripled its brands on offer and reached record sales of over PLN 1bn a year. In addition to Poland, the company operates in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Kaliningrad, Belarus, Moldavia and Ukraine.

Krakowska, which it has occupied for 17 years. The Business Garden Warsaw complex comprises seven buildings totalling 90,000 sqm, located at Żwirki and Wigury Street. In addition to the core office and services function, it features also a hotel, a conference centre, a restaurant and a fitness club. The scheme has LEED Platinum certificate. Business Garden Warsaw is Vastint Poland’s flagship investment.
