Q3 2019 Utrecht Market Report

The vacant supply of offices fell sharply in 2018. As a result, the vacancy rate in Utrecht has fallen to 6.0%. In the city center and the CBD there is almost no vacancy. Here the rental prices have risen in the past year. The total office stock in Utrecht is over 2.7 million m². The take-up of office space this year amounts to more than 92,000 m², this is the highest take-up of recent years. The vacant supply (almost 172,000 m²) decreased again and is also the lowest in recent years.
