Client Objectives

Arval, part of the BNP Paribas Group, wanted to realize a saving in the housing costs of the head office in Houten. Points of attention were the improvement of the quality and the sustainability of the building and the realization of market-conform conditions. Cresa guided the process towards a new lease agreement on behalf of Arval in which improved conditions have been achieved and improvements have been made to the building.

Results

  • A new lease contract at market conditions that reduce rental costs.
  • Various qualitative improvements have been made to, among other things, the climate system.
  • Finally, 550 solar panels have been installed on the roof of the building, which together yield 120,000 kWh of energy per year.
