Cresa Expands its European Occupier-Focused Service Delivery Platform to Germany
Cresa, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant/occupier representation, announced today that it has expanded its service delivery platform in Europe with the addition of Cresa Germany. This expansion into an additional global market solidifies Cresa’s position as the largest firm in the world that exclusively provides service to occupiers of office and industrial real estate.
Cresa Germany is headquartered in Frankfurt and serves all major markets in the country. The company, formerly GVA Worldwide’s partner in Germany for the last 15 years, is the leading independent commercial real estate company specializing in tenant representation and corporate services in the country. Led by Arthur Rubinstein, its comprehensive commercial real estate platform includes tenant representation, corporate services, capital markets, valuation, consulting and market research. Clients include Aston Martin, Bloomberg, Continental, DraftFCB, Fujifilm, IHS Global, McCann Worldgroup, Mediabrands amongst others.
