Client Objectives

X-press Feeders started operations in 1972 out of South East Asia and has grown to become the largest common carrier in the world. It is providing a wide geographical coverage. With no containers of their own, they provide only service and not competition to their customers.

In August 2019, Cresa Singapore assisted X-press Feeders relocate from their previous office of 6,000 sqft to its new office of 7,700 sqft in 78 Shenton Way to house its 100 staff. Cresa Singapore has also provided them with Project Management service inviting design firms to tender for the project and making sure the successful firm keep to the deliverables on time.
We wanted an office that mirrored our reputation: distinguished, professional and high-quality. From the beginning, Cresa understood our business objectives and what we wanted to achieve. Thanks to them we’ve achieved a substantial increase in the space at our site and are well on our way to buying our future home
