Client Objectives

• Identify prospective parties to sublease/assign the surplus premises: by developing and implementing a marketing campaign / strategy with a particular focus on serviced office / co working operators.
• Reduce costs: secure an outcome as soon as possible to reduce / limit financial drain on the client.
• Surrender/Assign Lease: preference to assign all obligations to another party

Results

• Multiple interested parties: LPC Cresa identified multiple parties to lease the surplus premises including the landlord’s preference to control the space.
• Plan A: LPC Cresa successfully implemented the proposed strategy and identified a co-working operator to take over the obligations under the terms of lease.
Initially we sought assistance for subleasing part of our premises. Over time the brief changed and ultimately we required an arrangement in respect to the whole of our premises.
