Cresa, the world’s leading tenant representation firm, announced today that it has expanded its tenant-focused service delivery platform in Europe with the addition of Cresa Netherlands. The expansion into additional global markets solidifies Cresa’s position as the largest firm to exclusively provide service to occupiers of office and industrial real estate in the world, with the ability to provide service in more than 60 markets.
Cresa Netherlands, formerly known as RentReview, is the fastest growing real estate consultancy firm in the Netherlands and works exclusively with occupiers of space, including corporations, nonprofit organizations, and government. Cresa Netherlands has six offices: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Groningen, Utrecht, Den Haag, and Eindhoven. Cresa Netherlands joins international locations in London, India, and Canada in addition to 50 offices in the United States.
Recent academic research has pointed out that tenants may be best served by a company that represents their interests exclusively, and as a result there has been a growing demand among corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits for tenant-only services, to avoid potential conflicts of interest. Recognizing this, Cresa has built upon it’s platform in North America and is aggressively expanding in Europe in order to provide tenant-focused services anywhere in the world.
Cresa CEO Jim Leslie said, “Responding to our clients’ needs, Cresa is expanding its presence in Europe with the addition of Cresa Netherlands. We believe tenants understand and want the services of a firm that represents them exclusively; and now we are pleased to extend our service delivery model on the continent.”
Norbert ter Mors, of Cresa Netherlands said “We are the fastest growing commercial real estate firm in the Netherlands, and joining Cresa will give us the ability to serve local clients anywhere in the world with professionals who share our tenant representation focus.”
Last year, Cresa completed over 100 assignments in more than 25 countries outside North America. Projects included transactions, project management, portfolio management, lease administration, and strategic planning.
