Cresa announced the election of a new Board of Directors at the Company’s annual spring conference, held this year in Los Angeles.
Three new members were elected to the Board of Directors: Chris Crooks, of Cresa Boston; Bill Baldwin, of Cresa Denver; and Craig Zodikoff, of Cresa San Francisco. They replace Jack Burns, Phillip Infelise, and Jeff Manley, at the end of their terms.
Returning Board members include Richard Rhodes, of Cresa Washington, DC; Matthew Feeney, of Cresa Philadelphia; Matthew Miller of Cresa Los Angeles, Mike Michaels of Cresa San Jose, Gwen Schultz of Cresa Minneapolis, David Preve of Cresa Miami, Mark Ayers of Cresa Cresa Carolinas, and Jim Byrd of Cresa Atlanta. Rhodes was re-elected as Chairman of the Board and Feeney and Miller were elected co-Vice Chairs.
