Description

Cresa’s Edmonton office is hiring a part-time Operations Associate to become a member of its successful and talented corporate real estate team. Essential skills include computer literacy, excellent listening, written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to complete a high volume of tasks effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision. We're looking for someone who has a sense of humour, understands the importance of work-life balance and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and sales support
  • Organize, prepare and produce client-specific deliverables including market option packages, tour itineraries, brochures, etc.
  • Prepare and disseminate vacancy updates to real estate community
  • Work with our CRM product, Salesforce, to update client and market information
  • Research and gather data on newly available opportunities, transactions and tenants in the market
  • Perform general administrative duties such as: courier requirements, collecting mail, scheduling meetings, maintaining inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Liaise with Property Management on building and premises issues
  • Liaise with CoStar to provide updates and verify information
  • Work closely with team on various initiatives and special projects
  • General office cleanliness and upkeep
  • Cross-train with other team members on procedures and software applications, as necessary

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education an asset, but not required
  • Real estate industry experience an asset, but not required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional work environment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; Adobe InDesign an asset
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Self-motivated, communicates well and possesses energy, optimism and focus
  • Can collaborate and work well in a team environment
