Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, motivated and organized Senior Marketing Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the vibrant Cresa team to support the marketing department while gaining valuable business experience in the fast-paced world of commercial real estate. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and “can do” spirit. This person should be passionate about marketing and design and be able to work both collaboratively and independently. Working directly with marketing specialists and reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Associate will conceptualize and produce client / prospect facing materials including, but not limited to: proposals, presentations, brochures, infographics, mapping, websites, social media, email and other digital marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Meet requirements of incoming requests from internal teams, clients and marketing leadership as it relates to marketing and creative support:
o Attend strategy and planning sessions as required
o Develop materials and graphics to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
o Perform the production and quality control of marketing collateral
o Draft, review and finalize creative pitches and/or proposals for distribution
o Liaise with Marketing Team and Vice President of Marketing as needed
• Ensure alignment with company's brand positioning from concept to final product
• Implement and/or apply standard templates to support the local business; update as necessary
• Create marketing materials including digital brochures, proposals, presentations, email, postcards, event activations and more
• Demonstrate a high level of creative development and production skill
• Manage requirements, expectations and deadlines for all projects
• Prioritize workload with local marketing team and leadership (as appropriate)
• Communicate regularly the priority, progress, deadlines and outstanding questions of projects with Marketing leadership and internal teams
• Other responsibilities include website updates and development and coordination of email marketing


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience within a real estate company or similar industry
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite on the PC platform; familiarity with web and email tools (CMS and HTML)
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, typography, information hierarchy and web specifications
• Ability to create visuals / graphics that simplify complex information across multiple platforms
• Highly motivated individual with strong learning agility, analytical skills, and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to adhere to corporate brand standards
• Self-starter, detail oriented, well organized, capable of handling multiple projects at any given time and
comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactively takes ownership of initiatives, and consistently goes above and beyond expectations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
