We’re looking for sharp, tenacious business minded individual to join our office as Business Manager. We are not an average brokerage and we don’t expect you to be either. If you love a fast pace and ever-changing work environment – we’re looking for you.

Responsibilities Include:

The Business Manager position will involve the following responsibilities:

• Benefits administration
• Payroll administration
• Coordinating training/mentoring/recruiting of new team members
• Onboarding/ offboarding of staff and sales team

Marketing/Sales Support
• Work with Marketing Team on Social Media content and proofreading prior to post
• Corporate website content management
• External website listing management (CoStar, SpaceList, Altus and Kijiji)
• Daily, Bi-Monthly and Monthly email marketing campaigns
• Create and coordinate branded materials with the Marketing Team
• Assist sales team with marketing materials for client presentations, RFPs and monthly marketing activity reporting for clients
• Assist sales team with Offer Letters, Commission Agreements, Sublease Agreements and other client documents
• Support Sales and PM Teams on an ad hoc basis as required

• Physical office and equipment management
• IT equipment and technology administration. Liaise with Corporate IT team on resolving office issues
• Point person for all HQ communication and reporting
• Attend monthly Cresa Business Manager calls and inform Senior Management of any important details
• Attend monthly Cresa Marketing calls and pass along any needed information to the office team
• Coordinate company events as needed
• Real Estate Licensing management for the sales team
• Corporate governance regarding Real Estate Council of Ontario compliance
• Create client files digitally and ensure all required paperwork is in order and compliant
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with up-to-date information regarding client opportunities and stages
• CRM (Salesforce) reporting and contact management
• Closing Real Estate Transaction files and following necessary steps to ensure compliance
• Liaise with External Controller for Accounting needs
• Take on any other duties that may arise and/or be assigned


• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good “figuring out” powers
• Must be a superhero who has their own cape! (No tights)
• Strong independent judgement
• Strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and organization
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage and oversee the operations with minimal supervision

Special Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Operations and HR
• Experience in Real Estate industry preferred
