Description

The Group Business Manager is a critical role to the success Global Portfolio Solutions as this individual will serve as the Executive Administrator (EA) to the Head of Global Portfolio Solutions as well as the business management of the lease administration team. This role requires a successful track record of business administration managerial experience managing day-to-day operational activities including human resources and accounting processes. We are seeking a motivated leader who thrives on creating a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Provide senior level executive administrative support
  • Schedule and manage calendars and complex travel arrangements across different time zones (regional and global)
  • Expense reconciliation and report management
  • Coordinate day-to-day office activities
  • Coordinate meetings, activities, and communications
  • Support administrative teams across the organization on various projects
  • Plan team meetings and work closely with team leaders
Oversee finance and accounting function
  • Assist with client billings
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable in billing clients
  • Payroll processing
  • Year-end/monthly close/Quarterly Business Review prep
  • Assist Finance with Budget
HR Support
  • Contracts and offer letters
  • Onboarding/offboarding
  • Benefits administration and 401k
  • Employee performance - PMP
  • Support staff with HR issues, oversee all personnel issues in tandem with HR, maintain employee files in Ceridian
  • Training/mentoring/recruiting
Operations
  • Physical office and office equipment
  • IT equipment and technology
  • Point person for all HQ communication and reporting
  • Company events

Candidate profile

  • 7-10 years of related experience
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly in a diplomatic manner
  • Extremely strong communication skills on multiple platforms and mediums (email, text, in person, video calls, etc.)
  • Tech savvy and familiar working in MS Office operating systems, WebEx, Teams, and Box
  • Degree from a technical college or four-year university
  • Highly detail oriented, focused on the quality and consistency of your work
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and thoughtful work-product
  • Ability to effectively analyze, synthesize, and present information
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
