About the Opportunity
Cresa’s Workspace Planning, Design, and Support Team is seeking an experienced Facilities Construction Project Manager to join our team and support one of our clients with their corporate facilities projects on site at their owned campus in Littleton, Colorado. This is an immediate opportunity for a mid-career Project Manager Facilities Construction. In this role, you will work on projects that vary from simple, low complexity tenant finish to higher technical specialized laboratories and unique testing chambers.

Responsibilities

• Support our client’s corporate real estate project management office on all projects and assignments
• Proactively manage project-related issues
• Develop scope of work and schedule for assigned projects
• Conduct and document all weekly meetings
• Coordinate and track all Vendor RFP’s
• Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation
• Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Prepare/update project status reports
• Update tracking reports, budget-to- actual / forecasting; maintain files for due diligence and financials
• Meet client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 5‐8 years of experience as a Project Manager, Architect/Design Project Manager
• Ability to prepare and track budgets
• Ability to prepare scope of work documents
• Flexibility with work hours or 9/80 schedule
• Experienced, self‐motivated, customer‐centric and results‐oriented
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
• In‐depth knowledge of the commercial design and construction process
• Proven track record of success delivering projects on time and on budget
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and in teams
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to identify and manage priorities

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Planning, or related technical field
• Excellent project management and time management skills, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit a plus
• Experience with corporate interiors/tenant improvements
• Ability to sketch and or use software to illustrate space/fit plans
• Knowledge of systems/contract furniture
• Lab / MEP intensive projects a plus
