Client Objectives

Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions through its wish-granting work. The Minneapolis office wanted to find a location that was centrally located and offered more space than what they currently occupied. Being a not-for-profit organization, they had a limited budget which greatly limited available options.

Result

After conducting a thorough market search, Cresa located space in the Banks Building in northeast Minneapolis. This location offered free parking for employees and guests, room for expansion, and all existing furniture at no additional costs to Make-A-Wish.
