Tyler Kellogg began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 and is currently a Vice President with Cresa San Francisco. Tyler provides his clients with fully-integrated commercial real estate services including: structuring and negotiating commercial leases, developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, and portfolio/lease administration.

Tyler's skills are well-matched for Bay Area companies in the management of their local and national lease portfolio. His skills are complementary to the needs of corporate users of office and industrial space.

Tyler applies a strategic approach to defining his clients' needs and creating favorable real estate solutions. He has a proven track record of reducing operating costs which result in measurable savings to his clients. His overall objective is to help his clients align their real estate with their business strategies.

Prior to joining the San Francisco Cresa office, Tyler was employed for Cresa in Bellevue, Washington.
