Mr. Weckesser has over 30 years of experience in corporate facilities management and architecture, especially for high-tech and life sciences companies.  He specializes in corporate project management, lease negotiation, facilities design, space planning, construction, operations, environmental health and safety, and corporate security. He has managed construction projects totaling over 2.5 million square feet and real estate transactions in excess of 1 million square feet. He has worked with construction budgets exceeding $265 million, real estate portfolios in excess of  $500 million, and annual corporate operating budgets in excess of $25 million.
