For more than 21 years Kathy has been an advocate for some of Atlanta's largest corporations, providing real estate consulting services and negotiating hundreds of tailored solutions for her clients in Atlanta and around the nation.  She has built an exceptional list of clients who recognize her as a strategic thinker, skilled negotiator, and leader.  Stressing the importance of personal integrity, and objectivity, clients value Kathy's extensive experience in development, her leasing advice and guidance and her holistic approach to the real estate process.

Kathy’s consulting services include strategic planning to help clients meet their long-term goals and objectives; site selections; acquisition and disposition of real estate; and a coordinated approach to the transaction process including not only the brokerage assignment, but also the project management and construction coordination.   Kathy’s emphasis has always been on controlling costs and increasing efficiencies for her clients.

Kathy began her career with CBRE.   She was recruited to help lead the leasing efforts for Wilma, a Dutch developer, and joined the well respected brokerage firm of Carter and Associates, before taking a leave of absence to start her family.  For the past ten years, Kathy has focused on tenant representation with the Atlanta real estate firms of Julien J. Studley and Colliers International, where in 2007 she was the top producing office tenant representative.
