Accounting Firm subleases to Park Avenue Law Firms
Ellenbogen Rubenstein Eisdorfer & Co. LLP (“ERE”) has recently subleased a portion of its premises to two law firms: Abend & Silber and Weiss & Associates. ERE, which currently occupies approximately 38,000 rentable square feet (“rsf”) at 440 Park Avenue South, is an independent, full-service, public accounting and consulting firm with offices in New York City and Valhalla (Westchester County). Both of the subtenants are currently located at 419 Park Avenue South and will relocate in 2Q 2010.
Founded in 1989, ERE LLP has expanded from a handful of employees to 140, with 20 partners and principals. Along the way, they have maintained a family-oriented, team environment that has helped to spur their growth. ERE was represented by Jack Petrie and Paul Weir of CresaPartners.
