Our Office

Cresa Nashville specializes in the delivery of fully integrated real estate services, exclusively for tenants and users of commercial real estate.  Led by Managing Principal Tim Stowell, we have the resources of 600 advisors throughout the country with whom we collaborate on assignments locally and worldwide.

Our Goal

Our entire focus is to level the playing field created when tenants and landlords enter into lease negotiations.  Sometimes these conditions are created when both parties are represented by the same real estate firm; sometimes they’re created by poorly thought out or executed strategies on behalf of the client.  Both result in a lack of effective advocacy for the tenant and can have a detrimental effect on the client’s profitability.

Our clients benefit from Cresa’s tenant-focused model and the integrated services that we offer which are designed to protect them.  These services help optimize the growth and profitability of our client’s business, and include: transaction management, project management, relocation management, portfolio strategies, and strategic planning.  Unlike other firms, we never represent landlords or developers.

The Nashville Outlook

The Nashville office market has fared well at a 9.92% overall office vacancy; the retail market remains one of the strongest in the country at a 4.79% vacancy; and while not hosting the plethora of industrial product that populates Memphis, the Nashville industrial market is substantial and has a number of 500,000 SF opportunities available for lease.

The diverse base of business (healthcare, entertainment, tourism, government and education), physical location (within 600 miles of 75% of the US population), are all factors in this success.  Among oher accolades, in 2012 Nashville was named the 3rd Biggest Boom Town in America, and its Chamber of Commerce earned the title of #1 Chamber of Commerce of Any Size in the United States.
