The Miami office of Cresa tracks office space trends in the South Florida market that includes Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.  This three-county metropolitan area also known as the “Gateway to the Americas” is recognized worldwide as a top international center for commerce and trade and is home to over 1,300 multinational companies from 56 countries.

Our office specializes in Strategic Planning, Tenant Representation including Lease Expansions and Renewals, Site Selection and Sales and Dispositions.  The South Florida area has a diverse mix of business activity including a significant presence of companies and institutions in the fields of banking, law, finance, education, healthcare, tourism and other professional services.

The six principals of the South Florida office, David Prevé, Barbara Liberatore Black, Charlie Barton, Matthew Goodman, Alan Kleber and John Marshall have a combined 150 years experience in real estate.  The three Founding Principals started their own Tenant Rep firm Prevé Liberatore & Barton in 1988 and were part of the four founding principals of Cresa nationally in 1998.  They lead a highly motivated and experienced team of professionals in the Miami office who have a proven track record of providing successful real estate solutions for clients.
