Recognizing the need for a strong India presence, Cresa launched its Mumbai operation in late 2003 and has since been working with U.S.-based companies to uncover opportunities and create effective solutions. We have also expanded our ability to service Indian-based companies both locally and abroad. As India’s only real estate consultancy business focusing exclusively on tenant representation and corporate services, Cresa has three office locations in India: Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore.
