Position Overview

Cresa is seeking a successful Transaction Manager for its Norwalk, CT office.  The candidate must be an ethical, confident, team player with a proven track record in account development, building and maintaining customer relationships.  Special consideration will be given to those candidates who have worked in the commercial real estate market as a Corporate Real Estate Advisor.

 

Qualifications

Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager

  • Sales and account development experience with C-Level executives (preferred).
  • Appropriate real estate licensing and professional training (preferred).
  • Proven track record building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Master at networking - maintaining a strong presence with local companies, prospects and client base.
  • Must be reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Should be persistent and competitive by nature.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet-based research
