Position Overview

Cresa, one of the fastest growing tenant representation firms in Canada, is seeking to hire a self-motivated Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative in its Toronto, Ontario office.  The candidate will be trained and work directly with one of our Senior Sales Representatives servicing existing accounts as well as developing new business development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years business to business sales experience
  • Must be willing to obtain appropriate real estate licensing
  • Proven track record of generating new clientele through cold-calling and networking efforts
  • Must be action oriented, a self-starter and customer focused
  • Ability to understand and evaluate customer needs and ability to make appropriate recommendations
  • Must possess a highly professional presence and be a strong relationship builder
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
